10. Jurisdiction-Specific Provisions
10.1 Ecuador

If you reside in Ecuador and are not satisfied with the way in which we handle a complaint submitted by you under this Policy, we recommend that you contact the National Directorate of Public Data Registration (Dinardap).

10.2 Colombia

To exercise your rights, you can contact our DPO at dpo@picker.com. The rights of Colombian residents are regulated by Law 1581 of 2012, which establishes general provisions for the protection of personal data.

10.3 Mexico

10.4 Costa Rica
