Services

Full flow of services, different tools and steps of the procedure. Creation of the service, reception and delivery flow.
Reception
Once the service is requested by the sales platform (it is advisable to make the call when the order is ready or soon to be ready). A call is made to the Picker server to start the search for a nearby delivery person.
Search
The search occurs once the platform requests it. The system searches for a delivery person close to the collection point based on the parameters established by the business: distance, load capacity, type of vehicle, etc.
Assignment
Once the server finds the deliverer that meets the requirements, it will assign the service to it so that it accepts it. Once accepted, the delivery person will be informed of the collection point and the contact.
Collection
The system will notify the delivery person where and what to pick up, indicate the order number at the collection point and thus identify the object to be received.
Delivery
Once the order has been collected, the system will notify the delivery person of the delivery point and the customer's contact. This will be guided by GPS to the destination.

Dashboard

Every business that uses Picker's integrated services has access to a dispatch console where they can monitor the status of a delivery, the history of past deliveries and much more information.
Office
In this panel you can see the different statuses of a service, know the information of an order, contact with the delivery people, time elapsed, additional details, etc.
States
Monitoring of services depending on their status: Pending, Accepted and Delivered.
History
History of past orders with all the relevant information for each one.

Payments

Different handling of service payments, customer payments by card or cash. Payments for the service of
Picker and other related topics.
Services
Each service can be paid for by the end customer in different methods. Picker supports payments
in cash and cards, the flow varies depending on the method chosen by the customer.

Effective: The deliverer pays when the order is picked up at the store and charges when it delivers.
There is no need to return.

Card: The deliverer only collects, there is no payment on site. The business charges directly from your
sales channel.
Subscription
Monthly Fee: The fee will be charged to the placed card according to the chosen plan. If the service limit is exceeded, the next plan will be charged.

Deliveries: For each delivery, the value of the tour will be calculated based on distance and time and the cumulative amount of all deliveries will be charged each week. This charge is weekly.
Billing
A single monthly bill will be issued supporting collections for the entire month. From monthly fee and deliveries. Accompanied by a detailed report of the amount invoiced.
