Services

As a Picker dealer you can get different types of services. From something as simple as picking up an item and delivering it, to something more complex like buying a specific list of products at a specific location. And to make things easier for you, we have decided to differentiate them with colors.
PERSONALIZED
In these services the client asks for what he needs through the chat. It can be picking something up, buying something, running an errand. It is a custom order.
CORPORATE
In these services, the customer asks a Picker-allied business. But you have to go and buy it from the local yourself.
Customized services
Custom services are open services in which the client places a place on the map (Point A) and will ask you to do something there. It can be buying, picking up or some specific errand. Once the errand is finished, you must go to the place of delivery (Point B).

Next we are going to review each step you must follow in a custom order.



ACCEPTING THE SERVICE

You accept the service by clicking on the Accept button. Remember that you are free to reject services at any time, but if you reject many services, the system will stop sending you services eventually.

CONTACTING THE CLIENT

Once the service is accepted, the first thing you should do is click on the i button next to the customer's name, so you can open the chat and ask how you can help.

STEP 1

While the client tells you what he needs, you can move towards Point A, the faster you arrive, the faster you will vacate and you will be able to make more services and more money. To use the GPS you must click on the blue button with the i on the side of the map.

STEP 2

Once you arrive at Point A, you must slide the green bar at the bottom, indicating to the customer that you have already reached the first destination (Point A).

STEP 3

While you are at Point A you must carry out the required errand. Always remember to be in constant communication with the client and make sure you serve him well. In case you have to buy something with your money, it is very important to send the Purchase Order.

Purchase Order: You will be able to see in your app that in Step 3 (when you are already at Point A) there is a button with this $ sign. When you open it you will notice that a kind of calculator opens. Every time you go to make a purchase with your money, you must first send a Purchase Order to the customer for the exact amount you are going to pay. (Always do it before paying). If the customer accepts, they will give you the go-ahead for you to buy. This is the only way for Picker to guarantee that you will get your money back. If you buy something and the customer didn't authorize it first, you could lose your money.

STEP 4

Once the errand is finished, click on continue again, indicating to the customer that you have already left and are on your way to the delivery location (Point B).

STEP 5

You go to the place of delivery (Point B) indicated on your screen. Likewise, to use the GPS you must click on the blue button with the i on the side of the map.

STEP 6

Once you arrive at the place of delivery (Point B), click continue again, indicating to the customer that you have arrived.

COLLECT AND DELIVERY

At the time of delivering the order, you must charge in the way that the app tells you and this varies depending on the payment method that the customer has chosen.
Cash
When the service is in cash, the phrase YES COLLECT the money will appear and you must collect the value that appears.
Usually it is the value of the purchase you made + the value for the service.
Credit/Debit Card:
When the service is by card, the phrase DO NOT CHARGE will appear and you will only have to deliver.

Corporate Services

They are businesses that have their own app or website and connect to Picker to make deliveries.

Unlike personalized services, in corporate services there is already a guarantee from the affiliated business. So you don't need to contact the client first, you can go to the business to save time.


STEP 1

Once the service is accepted, all you have to do is go to Point A and find the business premises indicated in your app.

STEP 2

Once you arrive, you will enter the premises and indicate that you have come to pick up a Picker order and you will give the green number that appears at the bottom of your app. This is your order number and the only way the merchant can identify you.

Payment: In market orders, you may only have to withdraw or also pay the value of the product at the premises to recover it upon delivery. The app will tell you from the start.

STEP 3

When you already have the order in your hands, you must ask the merchant to mark how delivered on the console that he has. If he doesn't do this, you can't phase. When the store has marked as delivered, your app will update and the delivery address (Point B) and the customer's data will appear so that you can contact them if necessary.

The rest of the process is the same as custom orders. You arrive at the place of delivery, you click to continue, you charge if it says YES TO CHARGE and you do not charge if it says NO TO CHARGE, deliver, continue and close.
